It looks as if I might get to go sailing with Baz and Ben in April – the plan is to charter a Sigma 38′ and enter the last race of the Cowes Series with a bunch of other people. I’m really hoping it all goes through as I love sailing 😮
My car is acting up already, so she’s going into the garage on Monday morning to get her gearbox checked out. She’s also having her handbrake cable tightened, but that’s to be expected on a new car – stretching and all that.
I got a call from the garage today saying my car will be ready for pickup tomorrow afternoon. So exciting!
I bought a car!
It’s an Astra Active 1.6, comes with aircon and CD player and electric wingmirrors 😀
It should hopefully arrive late next week, or soon afterwards, anyway. Exciting!
Continuing my biannual posting habit – quick update.
Off to Courchevel 1850 for another ski trip – this time with a random group of friends from IBM plus friends of friends. Should be good – site here.
